HEALTH have officially leveled-up one of Rat Wars' already-biggest moments. The L.A. experimentalists' melodically industrial-edged "ASHAMED" has just been given a remix that now brings CHRVCHES singer Lauren Mayberry onboard to duet with the band's Jake Duzsik.
Like the original version, the new remix hard-crunches digital snare damage into a heart-wrecking set of synth-driven melodies. But now the Mach 2.0 digitalis ping-pong's Duzsik's autotuned sad boi crooning against Mayberry's soft vibrato, with the updated lyrics ringing more conversational than the first-person approach of the album version.

HEALTH have been very active this year so far, covering Deftones for Spotify and collab'ing with Bad Omens. And the band's schedule isn't about to clear up: They have a number of European and Australian dates keeping them busy throughout the rest of 2024.
