Last month, Mike's Dead dropped the single "Bestrafe Mich (Punish Me)," which leans into his heavier, more industrial recent sound and nods to one of his biggest influences, Rammstein, from its German-language title and risqué subject matter to its piston-pumping electro-metal stomp. Today, the genre-busting artist offered up the song's music video — and it's not for the faint of heart.

Speaking of the song in April, Mike's Dead described it as "raw, aggressive sexual energy."
"'Bestrafe Mich' started in my notes on my phone," he recalled. "I think I was driving and I remember thinking, 'Punish Me' would be a really sick song name,' and then Googled the German translation for it."
He added: "Weeks later I was working with my friend Jonathan who co-produced this with me, and everything just clicked. I wrote that pre-chorus 'I want you nails under my skin' part in maybe three minutes. It was one of those songs that just flowed out instantly and I think that translates to being a phenomenal end product."
