RUSH's GEDDY LEE debuts unreleased solo songs: Hear 'The Lost Demos'

Two tracks recorded for his 2000 solo album 'My Favorite Headache'

In 2000, Rush singer-bassist Geddy Lee released his one and only solo album to date, My Favourite Headache. Now, more than 20 years later, the prog hero has released two previously-unheard songs from those sessions, "Gone" and "I Am…You Are."

Dubbed The Lost Demos, the pair of songs were initially written during the My Favourite Headache era, but never made it onto the album. Now, the songs have been properly mixed and mastered by producer-engineer David Bottrill, and Lee has released them both on streaming services today (December 5th).

"I'm excited to see these two 'lost demos' released," Lee said in a statement. "I loved the songs when they were written and in some ways they feel as fresh and perhaps more relevant all these years later."
