Nearly a year after Pantera and Hellyeah drummer Vinnie Paul passed away due to heart-related issues in June 2018, his memorial headstone has been completed and revealed. Pantera shared a photo of the headstone last night via social media, along with a disclaimer pointing out that despite multiple incorrect reports (including on this website) that it had been placed at Paul's final resting spot at Moore Memorial Gardens cemetery in Arlington, Texas, the marker has, in fact, not been placed yet. You can see the full Pantera post below, including the image of the headstone, which includes the inscription "Don't ever think it's not a good time/If you do think it's not a good time/A good time is a good time/A bad time is a bad time/And a wonderful time is irreplaceable/Hellyeah!"

Paul is buried next to his mother, Carolyn Abbott, and his brother, Pantera guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Lance Abbott. The late drummer's headstone shares a striking resemblance to Dimebag's. Paul, like his brother in 2004, was buried in a custom Kiss Kasket, this one gifted to the family by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley.

Paul's final studio recordings can be heard on Hellyeah's upcoming full-length, Welcome Home, which is due out September 27th. The band recently performed its first show since his death, including playing two Pantera covers in his honor; Stone Sour's Roy Mayorga manned the drums in Paul's stead and has since signed on as an official member of the group.
