Metallica have teamed with the clothing company Represent on a new collaborative merch collection.
Centered around celebrating 40 years of 'Tallica's thrash classic Ride the Lightning, the 19-piece capsule includes several different T-shirts and hoodies emblazoned with the band's iconic logo.
There's also a snazzy Metallica Leather Battle Jacket with the ...And Justice for All artwork on the back, as well as the cover of Kill 'Em All on the sleeve.
T-shirt-wise, the collab boasts several pieces inspired by the Ride the Lightning artwork, as well as additional shirts in tribute to Master of Puppets and ...And Justice for All.
The idea for the Represent x Metallica collaboration dates back to when Represent co-founder Mike Heaton discovered a 30-year-old vintange 'Tallica tee over seven years, which ended up inspiring so many aspects of the Represent brand in the years since.
"Today, we showcase a true collaboration, not just a licensing deal," Heaton said in a press release. "Represent x Metallica is an authentically co-branded collection; it's a seamless synergy of brand and band.
"Fabrics have been redeveloped and meticulously refined to give the essence of over 40 years of wear. We exhibit hand painted artwork, new washes and primarily a new standard of elevation for the brand."
